In order to take admission into B.Tech degree in LPU you need to qualify the eligibity criteria. Eligibility criteria is 60% in 10+2 with English Physics & Mathematics )+ LPUNEST. LPU NEST cut off scores varies with different domains of B.Tech. JEE (Mains) exam score may be considered for scholarship but you need to qualify the eligibility criteria first. Scholarships are awarded to candidates based on their performance on any of the following categories: 1.1. Scholarship: Eligibility Qualification/ Qualification previous to Eligibility Qualification: The scholarship will also be offered on the basis of Eligibility qualification. Dear Vaishali, You should have a minimum of 85 percentile in the JEE Mains exam along with 60% marks In the 12th class to get direct admission in the B.Tech programme at LPU. Otherwise, you have to qualify for the LPU NEST exam conducted by LPU. LPU offers B.Tech in various programmes such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. I recommended my cousin to do B.Tech from LPU itself. Well to clear your point of doubt, let me explain, in LPU if you are applying for admissions in B.Tech CSE, the following scholarship will be applied for JEE Mains qualifier If JEE score is &get;=95 percentile scholarship is 30% If JEE score is in between 90 - 95 percentile scholarship is 25% If JEE score is in between 85 - 90 percentile scholarship is 20% The process of qualifying the criterion of admission you have to qualify LPU NEST and the eligibility for B.Tech CSE in LPU is: Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST.

Hi, The eligibility criteria for B.Tech is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. LPU NEST will be exempted in case student has scored more than or equal to 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2. Thanks.

As per the admissions 2020 The Eligibility for B.Tech is 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPU NEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPU NEST and moreover LPU has been ranked top 80 amongst all private and government institutions by NIRF, MHR, GOI. You can take admission as per the eligibility on the LPU website. The most important priorities of LPU is best quality of education and placements at great places. They follow these things and result is lot of deserved and eligible students got the best places. Moreover, LPU has Best Lifestyle and university Life.

On inquiring, I came to know that in order to take admission in LPU you have to be eligible and eligibility is 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPU NEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPU NEST. You should be happy to know that LPU has been ranked top 80 amongst all private and government institutions by NIRF, MHR, GOI. Not only this, the Engineering institutes have also been ranked top 100 amongst all other Engineering institute which is a matter of proud. You can join LPU by appearing in LPU NEST which is remotely online proctored test which will be conducted from home due to COVID-19. I also heard that LPU do offer scholarship to provide financial assistance to the students: 1. On the basis of marks in previous class 2. LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test LPU NEST on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship 3.
