How many modes of admissions are there at LNM Institute of Information Technology?

<p><strong>In case of UG (B.Tech and Integrated programs), LNMIIT provides 4 major modes of admission:</strong><em><strong> </strong></em></p><ul><li>Regular Mode Admission of Indian nationals through JEE (Main) scores.&nbsp;</li><li>DASA Mode - Applicants who are foreign nationals / OCI / CIWG.&nbsp;</li><li>Board Toppers Mode - Immediate admission to top rankers of state/central boards.</li><li>Lateral Entry Mode - To those with Diploma or to the 2nd semester entrants.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This includes all normal access into undergraduate engineering and integrated courses.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>These are the PG and PhD modes of admission:<br><br><strong>1. M.Tech (PG Engineering)</strong></p><ul><li>Admission: There are various modes of admission:</li><li>GATE Score: Valid GATE score in subject field of relevance to discipline → merit list.</li><li>Merit (CGPA 8.0 and above): Direct based on the qualifying degree marks.</li><li>CUET-PG Score: According to CUET-PG valid score.</li><li>Institute Written Test: applicants not in the foregoing category; applicants are selected through institute test + interview.&nbsp;<br>LNMIIT</li></ul><p><strong>2. M.S. by Research</strong></p><ul><li>Admission is provided in the areas of research (CSE, ECE, CCE):</li><li>GATE Mode: + interview + valid GATE score + interview = admission.</li><li>Institute Test + Interview: For candidates who lack an appropriate GATE score.</li></ul><p><strong>3. M.Sc. (Science PG)</strong></p><p>Admission at M.Sc. are in three modes:</p><ul><li>JAM Mode: This is based on the valid JAM score.</li><li>CUET-PG Mode: It is based on valid CUET-PG score.</li><li>Institute Online Admission: Online interview where applicants of the institute do not have JAM or CUET-PG or are not able to meet deadlines.</li></ul><p><strong>Ph.D. (Doctoral)</strong><br><br>The Ph.D. is usually awarded by way of:</p><ul><li>Written Entrance + Interview: Ph.D. entrance test in standard form and then an interview.</li><li>National Fellowships Exemption: Students who have CSIR/UGC-NET/ JRF or other such fellowships can be exempted from the written test (however, interviewed).&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Summary (Modes by Program):</span></p><ul><li>M.Tech: GATE / CGPA merit / CUET-PG /Institute test.</li><li>M.S. by Research: GATE / Institute examination + interview.</li><li>M.Sc : online interview JAM / CUET]</li><li>Ph.D.: Institute Ph.D. entrance + interview (exempts of national fellowship allowable).</li></ul>
