Yes, you should as the admission for 2022 had begun already. Yes of course you can apply for LPU NEST after 12th. LPU NEST is the national level entrance exam for both eligibility and scholarship test and is mandatory for many graduate level programmes. You can apply for LPU NEST twice and it has no negative marking.
