    Meet the minimum academic qualifications for your desired program. (passing Class 12 or a relevant undergraduate degree with a minimum percentage of marks)- for most of the programs.

    • Entrance Exams: Admission to many programs is based on the following entrance exams:
      • University-conducted exams:
      • State or National level exams: Many programs require scores from exams like JEE Main (engineering), MH-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) for various programs, or CMAT (MBA).

    The University of Mumbai (MU) admits students based on merit. They also accept scores from national-level entrance exams. The last date for registration for 2024–2025 is July 30, 2024. The entrance exams include CAT, CLAT, GMAT, XAT, ATMA, and CUET.

    Steps to apply:

    1. Register on the university's website.
    2. Fill out their profile.
    3. Fill out the application form.
    4. Upload the required documents.
    5. Submit the application.

    Mumbai University admission to Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Certificate programmes is based on merit or entrance exam. Candidates must submit a Mumbai University application on the official website for the desired course if they want to be considered for a seat at Mumbai University. Mumbai University entrance exams are CUETMHT CETMAH CETJEE MainNEET, and CMAT, among others, to grant admission to a variety of Mumbai University courses. Also, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the courses at MU.

The cutoff ranged from 14 to 81 rank according to the first and last round closing ranks for NEST Cutoff 2024. The hardest MSc specialisations was Integrated M.Sc. in Physics and the easiest specialisations was Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics, with the last round cutoff score being 14, and 81, respectively.

The Mumbai University MAH MArch CET Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the MArch course. For the General AI category, the MAH MArch cutoff 2025 ranged from 96.44 to 124.03 score as per the first and last round closing scores.

Mumbai University CUET PG cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to the various post graudate courses, like MBA, MCA, etc. According to the Mumbai University CUET PG Cutoff 2023 for the MCA course was 23918 for the General AI category.
