Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must be completed the age of 17 years on 31st December of the year of admission.
Candidates must have cleared 12th or equivalent exam from any recognised board with English, physics, chemistry and biology subjects with securing minimum 60% marks for general & OBC candidates and 50% marks for SC/ST/OPH candidates
Candidates appearing in 12th or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply. -
You must have completed the age of 17 years on 31st December of the year of admission and have PCB in your class 12th with minimum 60% marks. After fulfilling the eligibility, you have to appear for NEET exam and score really well to get admission in AIIMS, Delhi as it is the top medical College of India.

These courses are full-time degree programs of 3–4 years.
There isn't a 2-year B.Sc RIT programme at AIIMS Delhi.
