Hello bharat,welcome to https://shiksha.com for australia mainly english exam has to written for non english native countries like us, toefl and ielts are international valid exams so either one can prepare and write it, remember based on your score and your degree marks you will get university in australia and finally australia is an expensive country for studies but once you go there you can get easily a part time job. all the best prepare for the exams and concentrate on it.
