How to get admission in this course? What is the total cost?

I am unable to get the course as you have not mentioned any course but anyways, I will tell you that LPU is a big university which offers more than 250 programmes with differential eligibility norms and fee structure. LPU offers Diploma/Degree courses at various levels like after 10th, after 12th, after Graduation, after Post graduation where LPU NEST may be mandatory or be optional. LPU NEST is Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test which serves two purposes I. e. eligibility and scholarship. A. For the courses which are floated after 10th LPU NEST is not mandatory, it is only written for scholarship b. There are some courses after 12th, after graduation and after post graduation where you have to appear in LPU NEST for eligibility and scholarship and few where you can drop the LPU NEST. LPU promotes following scholarship: 1. On the basis of marks in previous class 2. LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test LPU NEST on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship 3. Some national level tests like JEE Mains, NATA NEET UCEED CAT XAT MAT CMAT NMAT GPAT GATE etc. 4. Performance on the basis of sports, cultural or co-curricular activities. 5. Board Toppers 6. For Orphan students or person with certain disabilities 7. Defence personnel and central armed police forces (CAPF) dependents 8. LPU has also floated COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship for the survivors of COVID and for their dependents as well. # From the above mentioned scholarships, candidate will get one that too which will be maximum one. LPU offers myriad of courses in B.Tech, B.Arch B.Sc. B.A. LL.B. Des. There are approximately 360 courses that are offered at LPU. LPU ranks amongst the Top 200 universities of the world as per the prestigious Times Higher Education Impact Rankings 2021 Also, LPU ranks amongst the top 100 institutions in India as per NIRF rankings. It also ranked 49 in the management ranking, 29 in the pharmacy ranking and 87 in the engineering ranking. In order to take admission in LPU for a maximum of the courses, the percentage required in 10+2 is 60% along with that subjects of study are also mentioned and the candidate needs to appear for LPU NEST Exam. In order to take admission in any course you need to qaulify the eligibility criteria and along with that you need to appear for LPU NEST which depends of the domain that you are planning to take admission. Yes, there is a cut off for LPU NEST for every course that you need to attain to get an admission into that course. The test is an objective test and the structure of the test depends upon the course that you are intending to take admission. LPU NEST exam time also depends upon the course that you wish to take admission. For B.Tech courses even the previous year sample test can be downloaded from the LPU website. In order to apply the candidate needs to visit LPU website and apply and according has to book a slot. LPU NEST will be conducted online while the candidate is sitting at home in a proctored mode. Application fee for LPU NEST is INR 1000 for boys and INR 500 for girls.

Dear Safayet, Being alumni of LPU, I will talk about LPU only. To get admission at LPU, you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria for the respective programme. For eligibility, I recommend you to visit the LPU website and explore more about the programmes. LPU offers a number of programmes in various fields such as engineering. Hi, The fees differ from course to course. You can visit the website of Lovely Professional University to check for the different courses. LPU offers more than 250 courses in 45 disciplines. Moreover, LPU offers different types of scholarships on the basis of marks in either of the last two qualifications, LPU NEST Sports, Defence, COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship, and many more. If you are eligible for more than one scholarship, only one scholarship you will get is the maximum one. The best thing is if you get the scholarship, the tuition fees after getting a scholarship will be applicable every semester except a few types of scholarships.
