To get admission to M.Sc. in Data Science at VIT Chennai, candidates should have an undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, or Engineering with 60% marks. They should have also studied Mathematics as one of the subjects in +2 and degree level. The admission is based on the performance in the qualifying examination (UG or its equivalent). There is no entrance examination for M.Sc. programmes at VIT. Candidates can fill out the online application form, which will be available from January 2025.
