After B.Tech you have two options to join iisc. One as a M.Tech student and second as a direct Ph.D. student. It is easier to get in as a M.Tech student than Ph.D. You need good GATE score in the same branch as of your B.Tech. Than interview will be conducted and if you score good. You will be given an admission. You can apply to both M.Tech and Ph.D. and try for both options.
