Both the exams have same syllabus and concepts. If you are good with NCERT books, then you don't have to worry about JEE Mains. -

You don't have to worry to score very high marks in class 12th as 40% weightage is given to class 12th has been abolished from JEE main 2017. You just need to score 75% marks in class 12th.
Weekdays coaching is really hard to manage with school. I would advise you to opt for weekend classes for JEE preparation and prepare a daily time table and enough of self-study.
