    Candidates before appearing in the RBI Grade B interview need to appear for the Psychometric Test. There are no marks for the Psychometric Test and it is not considered for final selection.  Psychometric Test is examined statically to measure the suitability and cognitive knowledge of the candidate for the job, hidden aspects of the candidate, real abilities and personality traits.
