If you are asking for placement interview then you should must have very good communication skills in English language, your communication skills attract companies during interview kuch6, while apart from this you should have good knowledge of course throughout which you are going to take part in interview suppose if you are a CSE student then you should must have a good knowledge about your course, they will short out few gem among rest so you should must have good project work, skill achievement. There are more than 3000 people who have selected CSE course so company will short out on a various criteria like you should have minimum 8 CGPA in every seems exam you should have never reappear or compartment in your semester, good teams work. So there are lot of things which affect to grab a seat for interview.
