Go to the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) official site:

3. Register for Counselling
During the registration window, usually for Round 1:

While preparing the WBJEE JECA cutoff, the authorities will consider various factors related to the entrance examination and admission process.
