  • The IPMAT 2023 registrations has been closed. IPMAT 2024 registration process is likely to begin in the second week of March 2024. IPMAT is an entrance exam conducted by IIM Indore for admission to the IPM course. The application process of IPMAT is completely online. Candidates need to visit the IIM Indore official website and follow the below mentioned steps to complete the IPMAT 2024 application process:

    Check the steps given below on how to register for IPMAT 2024 at IIM Indore:

    1. Tap on the registration link for IPMAT 2024
    2. Register yourself with email and mobile number to generate id and password 
    3. Check your email and SMS if you have received the id and password
    4. Login again by using the credentials you received
    5. Fill the application form carefully
    6. Pay the registration fee of INR 4,130 (General category) and INR 2,065 (reserved category)
    7. Candidates wjho belongs to the General category must submit relevant certificates to verify the same

No, candidates do not have to pay any fee for IPMAT form correction. The facility is provided to candidates free of cost. However, if they have made an error in a field that is not available for editing, then, they will have to fill a fresh IPMAT form before submission deadline and pay the application fee again.

IPMAT Indore and IPMAT Rohtak have similar syllabus but they differ in terms of difficulty level. IPMAT Indore exam has 3 sections based on Verbal Skills and Quantitative Skills but the IPMAT Rohtak exam has an extra section on Logical Reasoning.

Level of difficulty of IPMAT Indore is slightly higher than IPMAT Rohtak as seen in the previous years. Also, IPMAT Indore scores are accepted by over 10 BSchools including IIM Sirmaur, IIM Shillong, IIM Ranchi, etc. but IPMAT Rohtak scores are accepted only by IIM Rohtak.
