How to take admission at BIT Mesra or BIT Sindri by JEE Mains or JCECE exam?

As I have already appeared for JEE Mains.

    For BIT Sindri you have to come through the JCECE While JEE Main is for BIT Mesra.

No, as the exam is targeted to grant admission to the Jharkhand domiciled nursing aspirants, it will not be held in Delhi NCR. The test centres will be allotted in the popular cities of the state only.
