In B.Com (H) You will only get one subject extra from B.Com (R) which is compulsory to pass in every semester and that subject is about accounts.

The eligibility criteria for admission to both the courses remains the same for most colleges/ universities: HSC or equivalent, with Maths and English as compulsory subjects.

Admission to the honours course requires Mathematics as a compulsory subject in 12.( The candidate has to obtain a minimum percentage in the same as well as mentioned in the additional eligibility criteria of different colleges) . There is no such restriction to admission in regular B.Com course . Honours course is known to be more rigorous and impart employable skills. So if you have Mathematics in 12 , you should definitely go for B.Com( honours).

B.Com Hons. Course is under graduate degree course. It includes subjects like cost accounting, organizational behavior . The course is designed to build up the ability to understand and judge thing related to business administration. After undergraduate you can apply for master degree with specialization in accounts and economics.
B.Com Pass course is also an undergraduate course but unlike B.Com Hons course there is no specialization in one subject. In B. Com pass course you have an overview of all subjects of Hons. Course. More or less both courses are similar.
