Self study is a very good option for every student because without self study it is very difficult to clear any examination. The main reason behind this thinking is coaching also involves a remarkable amount of self study. Later on in this write up we'll discuss this point. Another reason to go for self study is the confidence factor involved in it. Successful self study may give you an incredible amount of confidence to deal with any kind of subject or course.

Harender Bisht sir you are correct on some parts but i think coaching is must to know what is actually going around the world. How students are doing, necessary changes going on, then coaching centres do give PI sessions which actually helps a lot.

It is not necessary to attend/take coaching classes to crack MBA entrance exams. about the self study i think if you will go with it then you get more information, more knowledge. more question, more answers & more confidence but make sure it will be only confidence not over confidence.you can go for group study.like friend circle.or batch mates.

There are several alternative options to prepare for CAT exam. Aspirants need to thoroughly research these other options, before setting their preparation plan.
However, in absence of regular coaching classes, the most important factor is hard work and dedication.
Lets discuss some of the alternative CAT preparation resources and effective strategy.

Not everyone can attend coaching classes. Some are restricted to financial reasons while some just don't have the time to attend. Irrespective of the reason, preparing for CAT and other MBA exams should not be dependent on coaching classes.
