I am a B.Tech 2012-13 pass out from UPTU having backlog in 3rd semester. What are my chances of getting NFT?

I am extremely worried about my future. My overall percentage is 65% with a back in 3rd semester. My entire future is on stake. Kindly suggest what should I do?
