I am a bit confused as am planning for automobile engineering but I've been told to opt for core mechanical, can you guide me?

I also want to be helped regarding the best colleges for both.

    Firstly, I would like to tell you that don't go for suggestions. It is a stage of your life where you have to take decisions according to your interests. The decision you take today will shape up your entire life. It will decide your success and failure. It will define who you will become tomorrow and how will you be recognised in the big fat world.     Its all known that automobile industries are growing much faster than core. A lot of opportunities are there but you are told because there is lack of government job as compared to core sector. So, choose according to your interest. All the best.

Hello, whether it's Automobile or any other branch, duration for Diploma is three years after 10th board. However as per National Education Policy, once a student gets admission, after 12th board, once the students complete two years, they will be entitled to receive diploma. Then they can either leave the course or continue the same for one or two more years, they will be entitled for higher recognition.
