Class 12th with PCM. Admission will be based on percentage on class 12th (PCM) and score in entrance exams such as NATA or JEE Main. Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) is to pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with English or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks as per NATA 2019 or JEE Main (Paper II) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by statutory body for 2019-20). 50% marks in 10+2 with mathematics as a compulsory subject.

The proportion of class 12th (PCM) students admitted would depend on their performance on admission tests like NATA or JEE Main. No you cannot apply for B.Arch course without studying 12th with Science stream. I will suggest you to do BBA then MBA course. BBA course will give you an exposure in management field. After completing BBA you can go for MBA. MBA will provide highly challenging job for you. Different specializations are there in MBA. No, you can't get admission in Dev Bhoomi School of Architecture, Planning and Design BArch course without NATA. The university accepts students for the other courses on a merit basis. But, if you want to enrol in the BArch course, NATA is mandatory.
