I am a student of 12th class (science) and want to became a Software Engineer in future. What can I do to be a software engineer?

I am good in Physics and Maths but my Chemistry is not so good. All over, I am an average student and to be a software engineer.

    You need to start learning basic programming like C, C+, HTML, Java, etc. Besides, I would suggest you to not stop your academics because academic qualifications does matter in IT job markets.

    Being bad with chemistry is not a problem. Go for B.Tech in CS to start with. I am not sure how good you are with mathematics and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games).
    However, like I mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and B.Tech (CS) applicants.     You can pursue Bachelor's degree after 12th in information technology or computer science. Also, professional courses will help you to build up some area of skill.
