Yes, you easily clear for IITs if you start from now but the only thing that you keep in mind is that you must do smart work rather than the hard work plus keep all your concepts thoroughly revised, and if you do all these things then you will surely clear the JEE Advance. -

Since Board Exam is equally important. Don't ignore it.
Solving previous papers is very important. Without doing this your preparation is incomplete. Try to solve the papers well within 3hours.Again don't solve mechanically learn from each and every mistake.
For JEE Mains, NCERT will be really useful. Other than that, try:
1. HC Verma for physics
2. RD Sharma for maths
3. P Bahadur for physical chemistry
4. NCERT will do for organic and inorganic chemistry (along with some coaching modules if you can get them somehow)
