I am an OCI card holder.Basically OCI card holders are charged higher fee. How can I get scholarship for b.des?

.now it's tooo late to apply for NID and UCEED.so I'm said that I cannot write NIFT entrance exam. Until now ( intermediate 2nd year) I studied in india. When I was about to apply for pearl academy.they said I don't need to write entrance exam.how can I get scholarship?
