I am currently pursuing petroleum engineering and wish to appear for GRE and do Masters from Abroad. Which are the top universities?

Keeping in mind that I will get a job in the same country from which I will be completing my Masters.

Institutions abroad admit students based on different parameters and not exclusively on academic performance as in India. Hence it's essential to seek guidance from an agency that specialises in sending students abroad for Masters.
