I am doing B.E.(ece) 2nd year .in which feild should i go after B.E. in cat for mba or in upsc (ias ,ifs) .pls reply me i am so confused.

Frankly speaking, the money you earn will be the same, white money doing an MBA, and money under the table pursuing IAS.
Now the power that an IAS officer has is unimaginable. Literally no one can mess with you. Plus you get the extra perks like a govt sponsored house, car, electricity, water, pension and security.
You can be fired in a second with just an MBA degree, Govt officials are NEVER fired unless they screw up real bad, and even then they are most probably just transferred.

As per your profile you are eligible for both the options you have mentioned i.e. MBA and UPSC.
However please remember both the field you you mentioned are two different field and both require different for preparation.
If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then please remember the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.
2. Score in various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
