I am from ISC board & I have scored 80% in top 4 subjects including English in commerce stream, am I eligible for B.Com (H)?

Asked about Lovely Professional University, Admission Office - Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. Hons. with Research)

I also don't have money to pay for admission / entrance exam fee. Is it possible to take admission without payment of money & I have also played national in high jump / state level in basketball ball / district level in volleyball in ISC board.
