BITS has a campus life that isn’t found in all colleges, and I’ve heard ECE has very good professors on BITS Hyderabad Campus. There is a holistic learning in BITS, not just academics. Placements in core ECE are a bit low, there is heavy competition for the companies that you get.
I can’t comment fully about NIT Warangal, but my friends from there told me that EEE curriculum is not up to the mark but placements are good in number, better than BITS Pilani Hyderabad campus in the core field and also in the IT field, but salaries might be a bit less.
