I cleared NATA with 83 marks and JEE Mains with 83 percentile in paper 2. Can I get admission in B.Arch in NIT college/university?
I want to get into NIT and my preference is North India.

With 83/200 Marks in NATA 2019 exams, 83 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 exams and a decent score in your class 12th, you have slightest of the chances to secure admission in NIT colleges. -
As per your mentioned score, there is a chance to get some NIT, but you get some government college surely.

As 83 percentile are good enough to get B.Arch in any NIT, you will surely get an NIT for exact details. Please check the cut-offs of previous year NITs.
