I could not register for KEA. Am I still eligible to take home state quota? I am a domicile of Karnataka.

    I am sorry to hear you couldn't register for KEA. Unfortunately, if the registration window has closed, you are not eligible to take part in the current year's counseling process, and this would include not being able to claim a home state quota seat, even if you are a domicile of Karnataka. The KEA has very strict deadlines, and missing the registration is a big hurdle. Your only option would be to look at other admission avenues or wait for the next academic year.
