I fail class 12th in bihar board and get 23 marks in JEE main so I giving again exam of 12th in 2016. I'm eligble JEE-Mains in 2016 and If I pass 12th 2016 and didn't get good JEE-mains I think I can get 50 marks or less. Then which college available for me i'm good at computer like repairing.

It's unfortunate that you have not cleared your 12th and hence could not proceed with your graduation or any other entrance exam. A student can attempt JEE entrance 3 times after successful completion of 12th.
There are various career options available these days. However, I would recommend that you first do away with your compartment exams as it is very crucial for moving ahead towards acquiring a good course and enhance your studies.
In order to get past a reputed college and a feasible course, ensure that you crack these exams to the best of your capability.
