I got 65 percentile in JEE Mains and 83 percent in class 12. I belong to OBC category. Which colleges can I get?

    You will likely be admitted in NITs only through Home State Quota (in lower ranking branches) or you can get into good state government engineering colleges (like LDCE, Vishwakarma Govt. Engg. College) or private engineering colleges under OBC reservation through counseling with your 65 percentile in JEE Main and 83% in Class 12 (OBC category).
