The expected CMAT cutoff percentile for NIA Pune is above 75. The weightage given to various components in selection are given below.
1. Past Academic Record : 20%
2. Performance in CAT / CMAT : 50 %
3. Performance in GD/PI : 30%
4. Relevant work Experience (appropriate weightage will be given to those candidates with relevant work experience at the time of interview) .
So from above work experience have little bit advantage here, but if your academic and GD/PI performances are well than you can convert this.
