I got 80.81 Percentile in Cat and 92.211 Percentile in xat. What are the chances of getting shortlisted for isc test?

There is no shortlisting for ISC test. Based on cat and ISC score, participants are called in for gdpi. Your CAT score is good. Do well in ISC test.

You have a fair chance of getting selected for ISC test. But your percentile score is just above the cutoff line. Hence I would sugeest you to prepare sell for ISC and GD-PI because last year CAT percentile score had weightage of 40%,ISC-10% and GD-Pi 50% in the composite score. Max. Studnets of current batch have percentile score above 90. Due to few glitches while filling up last few vacant seats, few lucky students got admission despite have low composite score. This time it won't happen. Best of luck :)
