I got 81% in jee main 2019 n 95.2% aggregate cbse board n 95% pcm. Should I go for nits or iiits or go for Thapar ,srm or manipal btech cse?

I think you should go for IIITs or Thapar. -
You should go for Thapar if you are not getting a good college like IIIT. -

First of all, you should definitely give preference to IIT and NIT and then you can consider options like SRM, Thapar University and Manipal University for B.Tech in CSE. All the best. -
It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NIT's or IIIT's. So, its better to go with Manipal or SRM in whichever you get admission, as both don't have much difference. -
Hello Aman. You have not mentioned your category.
I am assuming you to be of general category. It is really difficult for you to get into NIT and IIIT. If you are getting Thapar University- CS branch, then don't go anywhere else, this is the best college you can have with this rank. Then comes Manipal main campus and then SRM main campus
