I got compartment in CBSE Chemistry and cleared the compartment, still I applied for improvement. Is there any problem if I get absent?
I am a NEET aspirant. I applied for improvement for Chemistry. I have cleared my compartment exam and got 23 marks out of 70 in theory and 30 out of 30 in practical. So, I am not willing to take the improvement exam.

If you have already cleared your compartment exam and applied for improvement but remain absent, it will not affect your previously cleared result. Your the latest mark sheet will reflect the better of the two scores, provided you appear. However, being absent in improvement means your previous marks stand valid.
