These ranks are slightly higher to fetch you into any government colleges, but yes, you can try for private medical colleges, deemed ones, and also DNB broad speciality.

With this rank (133315) and category OBC you may not have a chance for higher studies after MBBS in a government medical college but there is a slightest posibility in some of the deemed or the private colleges. Though the fee structure in these colleges is a bit more but they have a slightly low cut off as compared to the government colleges. You should explore your options in state counselling.
