    Greetings! Dear, Congratulations on having to pursue a career as a counsellor, first and foremost. You could pursue a Ph.D. in psychology, in my opinion. If you have a postgraduate degree in psychology, you can enrol in any university and pursue a psychology doctorate while also receiving counselling training. Take it seriously and not as a hobby.

    Hello! dear, First of all congratulations that you have to become a counsellor. Secondly, in my opinion, you can go for Ph.D. in psychology. You can do post graduation in psychology and then you can join any University where you can do counselling along with Ph.D. in psychology. Take it as a profession not a side by side thing.

    It depends on what kind of councelling you are interested in. If you are interested in becoming a full time education councellor than doing a post graduation course in Phycology or educational Psychology would be beneficial to you.
