I have 66% in 12th. Can I take admission in BITS, Pilani Delhi for B.Tech?

Firstly, BITS-Pilani doesn't have its campus in New Delhi. Secondly, the eligibility criteria for appearing in the BITSAT entrance examination is as below:
The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she has taken Biology in BITSAT in 12th class examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects. There is no such college as BITS Pilani-Delhi
Bits have campuses at Pilani, Hyderabad and Goa. BITS take admission through BITSAT exam.
