For admission in IIMs through CAT, you need 99 percentile to be on the safer side.
For other good institutions in India, a CAT score of 95 percentile and above will get you through. -
Different colleges need a different cut off. This varies year to year. You can see all the details on the official website of each college. Backlog is not that much of problem once you clear it. It may even go unnoticed. Always keep your answers ready for the interview, just in case.
