I have completed my LLB from Mumbai University & want to pursue LLM through distance education. How & from where should I pursue it?

6 years agoAs per Bar Council of India guideline, LLM through distance or correspondence mode is not recognised or valid. If any university offer such course, then you need to check the recognition status of that particular university or report to bar council of India regarding this. If you want to enhance your qualification, then you must go for regular mode, and LL. M. is for 1 year duration now a days. -

LLM through distance mode is not the genuine option as BCI does n't recognize any distance degree for LL.M. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree. Go for regular education. These are the best Law schools are:
