It's Indeed very heartening to know that even after you have taken admission for MBA post your graduation in engineering, you are still interested in doing your M.A. In psychology. This is a very interesting subject for study but eligibility differs from university to university. If you have in mind a particular university then you have a certain university in mind then you will have to check on the website for eligibility.
