For becoming eligible for CTET exam, you must done a 2 year B.Ed course or 4 year integrated B.A/B.Sc. B.Ed. Course. As you haven't pursued any of these courses, you cannot apply for the CTET exam.

No, I think you are not eligible for CTET because they don't consider any institutes this kind of Certificate. They consider B.Ed D. El. Ed, BEL. Ed for CTET exam. Also NTT which stands for Nursery Teacher Training is equivalent to the D.Ed which stands for Diploma in Elementary Education both are the same. It is compulsory to have a Diploma or degree in teacher education in order to be eligible for CTET. -
