    Hi,
To be honest, the scores aren't good enough for you to get into a decent college. With your work experience being not too much, you can still put in more efforts and try next year once again. By then you'd have even longer work experience and another chance at having better scores. Mechanical engineering is best suited for NITIE and IIT Mumbai. You can try for JB or even PUMBA for that matter if you want to stay in Pune.

I would endorse you Department of Management Sciences PUMBA, Symbiosis (all colleges), MIT WPU, Balaji Wakad SBS, VIM Pune, etc. All are the best ones for pursuing MBA.
