    Yes, you are eligible. In some college, you have entrance exam. If you pass, you can get. But,check out weather to leave B.Com course or discontinue.

    Yes, you are eligible for hotel management, and now you can apply for JEE NCHMCT entrance exam for hotel management degree programme.

    Yes, of course, but for that first you have to give Entrance exam, NCHMCT to get into government colleges. All the best.
