I have done PGDHRM (2 years) from SCDL, Pune. I should go for MBA (HR) or PGDHRM is enough to make a career in HR.

I always maintain that HR professionals are born, not made. It is similar to leadership. This is something, which I am sharing with you, after close to 20 years of corporate experience. There are of course, two schools of thought on this. People do not work for companies. People work for people. You need to have innate HR skills to succeed in this line. I do not see any need to pursue an MBA

First of all please note that there is no acceptance of SCDL qualification in the corporate and even if you plan to settle UK, uSA Canada and apply for Visa, qualification from SCDL is just treated as a private training and not as a degree
Second, even if you get job in corporate, that will be purely based on your quality and SCDL does not add any value
You should pursue MBA from a good institute for safer side
