As you have mentioned your percentile is not that good, but don't worry because there are many other opportunities to grab. If you want to study computer science and engineering you can apply for many private colleges. You can try for admission through counseling (if given UPSEE exam) or you can come over to the college and visit our admission cell.
For better guidance about JEE mains college prediction have a look over the link. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor. Good Luck.

You can try for admission through counseling (if given UPSEE exam) or you can come over to the college and visit our admission cell. You can also get yourself clarity if not clear about the course you're willing to do. People in the admission cell are good at this.

As you have mentioned your percentile is not very good, but no need to worry about there are many other opportunities to explore. If you want to study computer science and engineering you can apply for many private colleges. If you have interest in computer science and if you really good you cannot show that skill in you mains examination. So if you are really interested in computer science and engineering you can opt from numerous private colleges all over India, and in my case I would like to recommend you Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology, Kanpur,Uttar Pradesh. Its a really nice from computer science and engineering perspective
