I have given my T.Y.BMS exam. And I'm looking forward to give CMAT. Will my CMAT score be entry to courses like MBA, MMS and PGDM?

As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so as per your profile, I would suggest you to take CAT 2013 and various other management entrance tests and score well so that you may get admission in good B-schools of your choice.
Regarding preparation of these tests, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for various management entrance tests.
