I have got 24482 rank in WBJEE 2018 and I haven't cleared the 1st round counselling for Techno India. Shall I wait for the 2nd round?

You can wait for the second round but it will be of no use as in that also there are very less chances of getting this college but in the spot round there may be chances of getting into this branch. -
It's a bit difficult as your WBJEE rank is not that good. So, try to get the better opportunity that you receive first. -

7 years agoYes, you can wait. But I hope you have filled application for colleges like MCKV and Future Institute. You may get Techno India University though. You can also go for direct counseling. Best wishes.
