Admission to Anna University is totally based on your class 12 PCM marks. They calculate TNEA score which is out of 200 (100% of maths + 50%of chem+ 50%of physics marks),
then they create there merit list n if you are not from Tamil Nadu, then admission in Anna is difficult but let's hope for the best.

7 years agoHello Swetha, From this year Anna University will be conducting counselling for admissions to engineering colleges based on marks obtained in 12th class. Hence your rank in JEE Mains is not important. However your other marks will be deciding factor. But as there is no reference of previous year, you just proceed with the registration and hope for the best.
