Candidates have to upload the following in REAP form:

1. Photograph
2. Signature
3. Mark sheets of class 12th Science or Diploma
4. Category certificates

2. After the registration, login and fill the online application form. 
3. Upload scanned documents.
4. Pay counselling registration fee
5. Take print of the form.

After the REAP application fee is paid, candidates cannot correct the mistakes in the application form. Candidates should fill the application form carefully and avoid any mistakes.
